Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bt111 platform. Registering multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and balances forfeited pending investigation.
Accounts are for personal use only. You may not register or operate an account on behalf of a third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account credentials.
When registering an account, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Any false or misleading information provided at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bt111 will never contact you to request your password. You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information current. Failure to update changed contact details (such as a new phone number or email address) may delay verification, withdrawals and support communications.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting bt111 support. Pending wagering requirements, bonus conditions or active investigations may affect the timeline of account closure and fund release.

You confirm that all funds deposited belong to you and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Depositing funds from accounts not registered in your own name is prohibited.
If a deposit fails or is reversed by your payment provider, bt111 reserves the right to void any bets placed using those funds. Contact support if you experience persistent deposit failures.
Withdrawals are available to Users whose accounts have completed KYC verification, who have no pending bonus wagering requirements affecting the withdrawal amount, and whose accounts are in good standing with no active investigation or restriction flags.

Processing depends on the chosen payment method, the operator's internal review queue and any applicable security or verification checks. No compensation is payable for processing delays resulting from verification requirements or payment provider timelines.
For fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. bt111 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are specified in the cashier per payment method. These may vary. For high-value withdrawals, bt111 reserves the right to process the amount in instalments consistent with internal policy.
bt111 reserves the right to apply a dormancy policy to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The dormancy policy terms are available from the support team on request.
All bonuses offered by bt111 are subject to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. Where general Terms conflict with specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered through a specified number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated expiry window will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum permitted bet size applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this maximum during an active bonus period constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
bt111 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it determines that bonuses have been claimed or used in an abusive, fraudulent or systematic manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to using duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
bt111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use, except where required to prevent fraud or abuse.
As part of its obligations under anti-money laundering and fraud prevention requirements, bt111 requires Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as determined by the platform. For Pakistani users, acceptable primary identity documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a current Pakistani passport. Additional documents such as proof of address may be required for higher verification levels.
All documents submitted for verification must be genuine, unaltered and currently valid. Submitting falsified, edited, expired or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension. bt111 may report fraudulent verification attempts to relevant authorities.
Documents must be submitted only through the official bt111 HTTPS verification portal. Never submit sensitive documents through unsecured email, social media or chat channels. bt111 support staff will never request document uploads outside of the official verification portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bt111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bt111 is licensed and incorporated, as applicable. bt111 does not claim to be licensed or governed by Pakistani law and makes no representation that its operations comply with Pakistani gambling legislation.

Where informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as determined by bt111's licensing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
